Currency Trading Online : Exotic Currency Options
Finally, there are several 'exotic' currency options which are available for trading. I have never traded them myself, but they are quite popular, so here they are:
- One touch option - pays a fixed amount if the market touches a set price
- No touch option - pays a fixed amount if the market doe not touch a set price
- Double no touch - pays a fixed amount if two prices remain untouched ( used for sideways trending strategies where the currency is range bound )
- Double one touch - as above but one price is touched
- Digital - pays a fixed amount if the price is above or equal to at expiry
OK - that's it on currency options, now let's put it all together into a planned strategy to build our currency trading business in simple steps.
